On 14th May 2022 , Seagull Cooling Technologies (Asia Pacific), or SAP HR had organized for first company event after two years battling with COVID-19. The event was organized at Wangsa Bowl, One Utama Shopping Mall, Selangor and participated by a total of 29 employees from all departments. One of the key objectives was to gather and build robust communication, team work and relationship and healthy lifestyle among the colleagues for stronger company culture after Work From Home for such a long period.
The event started at 10 am in the morning. After registration and light refreshment, SAP HR Senior Manager Mr. KB Chew represented the management to deliver the welcoming speech and followed by game briefing and body warm up session. Before the bowling tournament began and to practice fairness & equality, we divided all employees into 8 teams using the voting method and every team consisted of colleagues with mixed gender from engineering and non-engineering departments. The eight teams competed each other to grab for six prizes consisting of three for the group and three for individuals.
Overall, we are happy to see all the employees were trying their best coupled with the close support and cheering from other members in the team by continuously explore the way of playing and improve their performance until the end of the tournament.
