We have been working from home now for over half a year and will be missing social interactions with colleagues and friends. Whilst ‘normal’ festive celebrations won’t be taking place, a virtual Christmas party is still a great opportunity to engage and reward teams for the hard work.
Few days before the Christmas, we have organized our very first virtual Christmas Party via Zoom. Everyone in the Company was invited and are encouraged to wear in Christmas theme colours, either in red, green or white.
Other than virtual celebration, the Santa Claus has secretly delivered the Christmas gift to the staff’s doorstep too. This was another employee appreciation’s initiative. We focus on our people and we believe that the employees are our most valuable assets. From personalized Christmas cards and the gifts, we sincerely hope that our employees would like it.
