In the tranquil and picturesque surroundings of The Haven Resort, Ipoh, Malaysia on November 4-5, 2023, the HR department of Seagull Cooling Technologies (Asia Pacific) SDn. Bhd., or SAP, had organized a 2 Days 1 Night (2D1N) team building retreat. The Haven Resort’s serene location amidst lush greenery and a pristine lake served as the perfect backdrop for a series of engaging and transformative team-building activities.
Upon arrival at The Haven Resort, the participants, comprised of employees from various departments & levels of the organization of Malaysia offices, were warmly welcomed by the team building service provider’s staff. Check-in was swift, and participants were escorted to their well-appointed accommodations, complete with panoramic views of the lake or the awe-inspiring limestone hills.
To kick off the team-building activities, the group was divided into ten teams, each tasked with designing and participating into variety of interactive exercises and challenges that encourage individuals to work together towards a common goal. By engaging in these activities, teams can break down barriers, build a sense of unity, and create a positive and supportive work environment.
The 2D1N team building Retreat concluded with a heartwarming closing ceremony. The participants gathered in a beautifully adorned banquet hall, where they shared their insights, experiences & takeaways from the activities. Achievements of each team were celebrated, & certificates of participation were awarded.
