On 29th of January, all the staffs were invited to attend our Home Office, Jiangsu Seagull Cooling Tower Co., Ltd.’s 2020 KPI Review & Employee Best Performance Award via live streaming. After President Wu’s briefing on the company’s Mission, Vision and Core Values, we were empowered and motivated to move towards a greater success together with the Company. We will continue to improve and strive to be the best cooling tower service & products provider in Asia Pacific.
As Chinese New Year approaches, the Company have digitalized the Ang Pao giving session during the event and every staff were given few chances to grab it. All of us were excited as this was our first experience on grabbing company’s Ang Pao virtually. The Ang Pao will convert into cash and distributed by the committee member after the event.
Moreover, Employee Awards Announcement was being made after 2020 KPI Review. Our colleague – Mr. Alfred Chan from Malaysia branch has won the Best Newcomer Award due to his outstanding skills and unparalleled commitment to the Company. We congratulated him on his achievement. As for other colleagues, please do not give up and continue to strive for excellence!
